- O coordenador pedagógico será responsável em estabelecer metas junto com os gestores da empresa.

- Seleção, contratação, treinamento e acompanhamento da equipe docente;

- Gerenciar o dia a dia da equipe docente;

- Observar as aulas e dar feedback;

- Acompanhar os processos pedagógicos da empresa;

- Acompanhar os índices de desempenho da empresa;

- Organizar eventos festivos e comemorativos da empresa;

- Seguir orientações da matriz;

- Acreditar em atendimento ao cliente como chave de sucesso e direcionador de trabalho.

Modalidade: CLT – efetivo.

Disp. Horário: Período integral, a ser combinado de acordo com a demanda dos clientes.

A Fulbright, em parceria com a Capes e a Embaixada Americana, selecionarão até 20 professores de língua inglesa da rede pública de ensino para participar de capacitação na University of Oregon, de janeiro a março de 2011. Fortalecer a fluência oral e escrita em inglês, e compartilhar metodologias de ensino e avaliação são alguns dos objetivos do programa. Os candidatos deverão ter nacionalidade brasileira, possuir bacharelado ou licenciatura em língua inglesa, ser professor efetivo de língua inglesa na rede pública de ensino básico, ter concluído a graduação em letras a partir de 2000, ter proficiência em inglês, estar residindo no Brasil durante o processo seletivo, não possuir experiência acadêmica e/ou profissional prévia nos EUA e não receber bolsa ou benefício financeiro de outras entidades brasileiras e/ou americanas para o mesmo objetivo.

Resume: the result of a study about the importance of an English teachers' Association and its impact on professional competence of the associated teachers.The study tried to analyse and observe, through classes observation, questionaries and interviews , the effect of the Association job in teachers' classroom routine. it also studied the development of professional competence of the teachers who participated on the research.

Title of presentation: Blogosphere: a new tool to learn English

Speaker: Rejane Gonçalves is a master in Applied Linguisitcs and  English Teacher at UFT-Araguaína-TO

Resume: presented the blogosphere and how its several resources can be used to promote the English language learning. For that, I propose an itinerary through some blogs, as well as the observation of several available resources in the blogosphere, among them: the postage of written texts, images and videos and the comments that can be done concerning such postages. I hope, through this plenary talk, to show the possibilities of English language learning that can be offered by the blogosphere, besides facilitating the development of more autonomous and motivated learners.

Valentines' day!!

Saint Valentine's Day is an annual commemoration held on February 14 celebrating love and affection between intimate companions. The day is named after one or more early Christian martyrs named Valentine and was established by Pope Gelasius I in 500 AD. It is traditionally a day on which lovers, friends, boyfriends and girlfriends express their love for each other by presenting flowers, offering confectionery, and sending greeting cards (known as "valentines").
In Brazil we have "dia dos namorados"celebrated on June 12th, it is different from valentines' because only boyfriends and girfriends change gifts!




How about working this poem with your students?You can erase some words and ask them to guess, write or create new ones  rebuilding the poem!There are many possibilities!It's up to you!
